Associate Researcher (1)
Position Description:
- Independently carry out scientific research, data analysis, paper writing under the guidance of the PI;
- Independently or assist in applying for fund projects at all levels;
- Cooperating with other research and clinical institutions, and assist the PI in laboratory management;
- Guide the scientific research of laboratory post-doctors and research assistants.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires bottom-up proteomics research experience. Professional background in bioinformatics analysis or organic synthetic chemistry is preferred.
- Possess rich experimental experience and independent scientific research and exploration spirit.
- Obtained a doctor degree or post-doctoral research experience from top domestic and international research institutions.
- Have published representative scientific research papers as the first author or corresponding author.
- Proficiency in academic exchanges in English as a working language.
- Possess good academic ethics and professional ethics, excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit. Adapt to the multi-topic, fast-paced working environment, love research work.

Postdoc (2-3)
Position Description:
- Carry out scientific research under the guidance of the research team leader, and welcome outstanding doctors to bring their own projects to join the research team for cooperation.
- Assist in applying for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and provincial and municipal projects or as the person in charge to apply for post-doctoral science funds.
- Assist other members in the subject research
Required Qualifications:
- Have obtained or will obtain a doctor degree from top domestic and international research institutions in chemistry, pharmacy, biology, medicine or bioinformatics.
- With at least one of the following professional knowledge backgrounds: Bottom-up proteomics, chemical probe design and synthesis, DNA coding molecular library construction and screening, nucleic acid chemical biology, gene editing, protein directed evolution, among which candidates who can proficiently use R, Python and other programming tools are preferred
- Have a strong interest in scientific research, and have good English literature reading and writing skills.
- Have published or will publish research papers in mainstream journals in this field, and have a certain ability to independently carry out scientific research.
- Possess outstanding academic ethics and professional ethics, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, hardworking, honest and self-motivated.

Position Description:
- Complete the scientific research work assigned by the laboratory and meet the working standards of the laboratory;
- Daily management and maintenance of the laboratory, including ordering and management of laboratory reagents and consumables, maintenance and overhaul of experimental instruments, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Master degree or above in Chemical biology, synthetic organic chemistry, cancer biology, etc. Bechelor or Master
- Experience in laboratory research and good English proficiency is preferred;
- Strong experimental operation/management ability, independent thinking and problem solving ability, good team spirit and communication skills.
Benefits:
